Labor Day Grilling: Change the Way You BBQ

Who doesn’t love a three-day weekend?! If you love grilling and wine, then you’re in for a treat!

If you’re hosting, remember that when it comes to the food, focus on quality. BBQ’s are really popular but how about offering your guests elevated flavors? To do so, make sure to infuse your food with VineSmoke.

The concept uses a Eurpoean tradition that we’re excited to see here in the US now. See, VineSmoke are grapevine prunings, which can be used directly in your charcoal BBQ or if you’re using a gas grill, place them into a smoker box or make your own tin foil dish. The result is a light, balanced, delicate flavor perfect for both red meat, poultry, meat substitutes and salmon. Because the chips are made from wine grapevines, the flavors you’ll taste are unique which will make your gathering that much more special!

Every winter, vineyards prune back their grapevines to ensure healthy regrowth. So VineSmoke repurposes these prunings which in turn is environmentally responsible and 100 percent certified sustainable.

Not only that, but VineSmoke also makes wine! Some of their quality wines are made from the same grapes grown on the vines used for BBQ prunings. So you’ll notice this crisp, refreshing Chardonnay and elegant, perfumed Pinot Noir from California’s Central Coast pair perfectly with the dishes you make with the BBQ prunings.

There’s still time grab some before the three-day weekend! VineSmoke is available at VineSmoke.com, Amazon and select Wholefoods locations in California.
